Iconic Architecture with Ocean View

The apartment project Quent Istinye in Istanbul is a high-end real estate property which holds 21 apartments in three free-standing buildings. The spaciously designed property of 3070m² is located in the city’s emerging district Istinye. Our task was to design a residential complex that combines the functional aesthetics of Studio F. A. Porsche with sustainability and environmental awareness.

Following our philosophy we based our design on the regional society and culture in which the project is embedded. This was achieved by joining with a young, local architecture team. The material concept used for this project only considers products that are locally available. A detailed research effort of our design team and the expertise of the local architects allowed the development of a property that harmonically integrates into its urban surroundings.

We developed a holistic interior concept for the whole residential area, in addition to a communal area between the three buildings and a specially designed gym with indoor pool.
